Confirmed: New AdWords Interface Reaching more Users

Google has confirmed the launch of the new user interface for more AdWords users.

In March of this year, Google announced a radical change to the AdWords interface, a product that had not had a significant renovation in quite some time. Yesterday, a few AdWords users were surprised to see the new user interface that appears when they log in to their accounts. Today, Google has confirmed that the interface is reaching more AdWords users.

Yatin Mulay from Zen Marketing Online Sign in to see the new tab-less interface. It was even stated that some features were difficult to find in the new interface and that it was a “radical” change.

When it comes to the new interface, a Google representative has confirmed that the interface is being rolled out to more and more users. Previously, Google has stated:

Throughout 2016 and 2017, we will continue to build this new AdWords experience, and we invite advertisers to try it out and provide feedback. Invitations will be sent based on a number of factors, therefore, not all advertisers will be able to experience the new experience immediately.

It should be noted that this move is purely an interface design change – it will not change the core functionality of AdWords. In fact, in a phone interview with Search Engine Land in March, Paul Feng, director of product management at AdWords, had stated that the change will help advertisers reach across the spectrum of search, display, shopping, mobile and video.
