We are looking for an Expert Social Media Manager to join our dynamic and growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across all social media platforms. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Create, edit and share engaging content daily (text, image, video) that motivates our audience to interact.
- Monitor social media metrics, interpret data, and adjust strategies as necessary to improve performance.
- Collaborate with other departments (marketing, sales, customer service) to manage the brand reputation and coordinate actions.
- Stay abreast of trends and changes in the social media landscape, as well as new emerging tools and platforms.
- Manage and optimize social media advertising campaigns to maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Foster and manage the online community, responding to comments, messages and queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop regular reports on social media performance and present findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Plan and coordinate events and promotions on social networks to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Demonstrable experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
- Solid knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and their best practices.
- Experience using social media and advertising analysis tools (Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Creativity and ability to generate innovative and attractive ideas.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising or a related field is preferred.
